This position's primary responsibility is for Customer Service through supporting users IT requirements.Other responsibilities include incident support, troubleshooting problems according to TEIS policies, processes, and procedures.- General Activities:- Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer.- May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation.- Manages tape backups including physical tape handling.- Coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems.- Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.- Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.- Comply with IT and Business policies, procedures and service guidelines.- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to the appropriate technical personnel.- Builds strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas.**What your background should look like**:- Job Profile:- Bachelor's degree related.- At least 1 year of experience as IT Analyst, IT Operations, Site IT support.Travel: Less than 10%Location: Hermosillo.LI-Onsite**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
