As Vendor Maintenance Analyst, you will support operations globally and performs vendor master maintenance in SAP including, Vendor Setup, Name Change, Address Update, Adding/updating Banking information, verification/verbal confirmations, W9 solicitation and maintenance, updating and maintaining payment methods, and internal customer service.**JOB DUTIES**:- Ensure SLAs are met daily- Create and/or maintain vendor information accurately in SAP system- Conduct due diligence on records for new and existing vendors to ensure compliance- Oversee file uploads of vendor data from third parties (DPS, VAT web portals, bank portals)- Ensure required documents are filed in SAP- Work with internal and external stakeholders to complete vendor registration requirements and verification procedures- Manage shared mailboxes / customer service- Perform special projects or other duties as requested- Driving continuous improvement ideas- Ensure SOP's are reviewed & updated- Ensure all SOX key controls are adhered to**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree- Good computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel- Experience in a similar position / Customer Service- Advanced English**WE VALUE**:- SAP knowledge- Good organization skills with attention to detail- Ability to adapt quickly to changes within the organization- Ability to distinguish priorities and to complete work within SLA- Ability to work within a team**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Resideo's benefits above the law and a great place to work.LI-VV1At Resideo, we bring together diverse individuals to build the future of homes.Resideo is an equal opportunity employer.Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality, sex, religion, or veteran status.
