We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong transactional accounting experience to support financial operations within the property management industry.The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO), experience with property management accounting platforms, and a solid understanding of US GAAP.This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage a full monthly close cycle while collaborating in real time with a U.S.-based team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle bookkeeping, including monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.Maintain accurate and organized financial records across multiple property management entities.Process transactions with precision, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting standards.Prepare financial statements, internal reports, and supporting documentation for management review.Work within property management accounting systems (AppFolio preferred; Propertyware or RentVine acceptable).Support the upcoming transition from AppFolio to RentVine (expected in ...).Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams during overlapping U.S. Eastern Time hours.Collaborate with operational departments to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of transactional bookkeeping experience, preferably within property management.Advanced QuickBooks Online (QBO) proficiency.Hands-on experience with AppFolio, Propertyware, or RentVine.Strong understanding of US GAAP standards.Excellent English communication skills for real-time conversations and reporting.Ability to work Monday–Friday with required overlap in U.S. Eastern Time hours.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting accounting operations across multiple real estate or property management portfolios.Familiarity with financial workflows unique to the property management sector.Prior experience with or openness to RentVine as the company transitions platforms.CompensationHourly rate: $12–$15 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.#J-*****-Ljbffr
