Talent aquisition specialist**Job Description**:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project management throughout the recruiting process with our clients.The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the design, development and implementation of a leading edge full-cycle recruitment process, to include adopting best practices, using metrics to develop cost-effective recruiting and creative recruitment solutions.Educational and Work experience required:*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.**Two years of full-time experience in BPO / Offshore industry.Must have experience in other areas such as recruiting, sales and/or client management with a solid understanding of how talent acquisition fits into the bigger picture on a strategic level.*Required SKILLS/ABILITIES*Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards Management*- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Must have excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written.- Experience in communicating and responding in a manner, which consistently demonstrates respect, concern, and responsiveness*Must have organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines*Able to process and protect confidential information in a professional manner.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.**Job Types**: Part-time, ContractPay: $9,****** per month
