At Trusting Social, we’re not just building products – we’re shaping the future of inclusive finance with AI.Following our expansion into Latin America, we\'re building a local team in Mexico to launch and scale our solutions in partnership with top telecom operators and financial institutions.How you will make an impact in this roleAs a Product Delivery Manager, you will be the bridge between our engineering and product teams and our external partners — telecom operators and financial institutions. Your mission is to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality platform deployments and integrations that power our credit scoring and data solutions.You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Trusting Social’s platform, from pre-sales support, technical integration, and testing to go-live and post-deployment operations. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and technical delivery capabilities, along with a hands-on approach to solving problems.ResponsibilitiesLead platform deployments and integrations across telco and financial institution partners in Mexico.Engage with telecom operators from presales to go-live: covering functional testing, UAT, historical data ingestion, and infrastructure deployment.Collaborate with financial institutions (banks/NBFCs) to conduct back-tests, integrate APIs, and deliver services through multiple digital channels.Coordinate with internal engineering, DevOps, and product teams for feature development, system readiness, and compliance.Oversee technical reviews, security assessments, architecture validation, and network design with telco partners.Drive project plans, maintain detailed execution roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery across all milestones.Manage compliance certifications, penetration testing, and documentation needed for regulatory clearance and go-live.Act as the central point of contact for all deployment stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.Requirements7–10 years of experience in technical product delivery, system integration, or IT project management.Minimum 4–5 years leading end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.Proven experience in the Telco, Fintech, IT, or Financial Services sectors.Strong technical foundation, with experience deploying platform components: OS, middleware, databases, and big data infrastructure.Experience managing both cloud and on-premise deployments.Skilled in coordinating multi-party projects: vendors, partners, internal teams.Familiarity with security standards, compliance processes, and local regulatory environments.High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-driven mindset.Willingness to travel extensively within Mexico as needed.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Why Join UsBe part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of credit access.Work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing international team.Take ownership of impactful projects with top-tier industry partners.Competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
