We’re seeking a **Product Delivery Manager** in Mexico City to bridge the gap between client-facing engagement leads and development squads.This is a hybrid role: you’ll manage delivery discipline across multiple squads while also driving detailed product work — requirements, backlogs, dependencies — that keeps programs moving forward. You’ll work closely with US-based Product Managers and Engagement Leads, ensuring that client strategy is translated into clear, actionable execution for local teams.**About You**:- You’re a delivery leader with strong product instincts. You thrive in structure but can navigate ambiguity, bringing order to complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. You understand how to turn product vision into execution: clear requirements, aligned priorities, and predictable outcomes.- You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves — creating user stories, clarifying requirements, and ensuring quality through to delivery. You balance client needs with team realities, hold stakeholders accountable for dependencies, and create momentum for distributed squads.- Above all, you see delivery as value creation — making sure that every sprint, release, and milestone ties back to both client outcomes and LAB49’s high standards.**About the Role**:- As a **Product Delivery Manager**, you’ll anchor LAB49’s presence in Mexico City, coordinating local feature delivery squads and working hand-in-hand with US-based product and engagement leaders. You’ll ensure product intent translates into technical execution, and delivery discipline stays tight across geographies.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Delivery Management (50%)**:- Plan, track, and manage risks across multiple squads, ensuring financial, scope, and quality targets are met.- Manage dependencies, holding clients accountable for inputs needed to keep LAB49 delivery on track.- Support engagement leadership in reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.- Maintain delivery quality through oversight of requirements, design reviews, and testing practices.- **Product Execution (50%)**:- Partner with US-based Product Managers to translate strategy into clear backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps.- Work with developers, UX, and QA to ensure clarity of scope and alignment with client needs.- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement walkthroughs with both clients and squads.- Provide hands-on product support where needed — clarifying requirements, reviewing designs, or validating test results.**What We Are Looking For**:- 10-15+ years in technology delivery, with at least 5 years managing teams of 5+ people.- Strong command of project management fundamentals: planning, risk, tracking, and financial oversight.- Solid understanding of **Agile delivery methods** and enterprise-level program governance.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution for squads.- Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (C1+ level required).- Hands-on approach — willing to dive into requirements, UX reviews, or testing when needed.- **Bonus**:experience delivering software solutions in _financial services_- ** Bonus**: prior software development experience**Why Join Lab49**At LAB49, you’ll play a critical role in **making strategy real** — ensuring product visions crafted with clients come to life in the hands of users.
