Descripción de la publicación:The IT Hardware Asset Management/CMDB Analyst will be accountable for overall Asset Management data quality and analysis, metric reporting, creating documentation, assisting with process improvements, and support of the day-to-day asset management system.**Primary Responsibilities**- Maintain Hardware Asset Management/CMDB asset data and their relationships in ServiceNow- Provide analytical support to periodic and ad-hoc reporting including but not limited to asset reviews, portfolio metrics, asset health dashboards, etc.- Monitor and handle work requests/incidents in the work queue- Adherence to Incident, Problem, Change and Request management processes- Provide on-call support outside of regular business hours- Provide training for end-users and other analysts- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements**Soft Skills required**- Minimum 5+ years in Asset Management including Hardware Asset Management, Configuration Management, across multiple asset types- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred- Minimum 5+ Years ServiceNow Experience preferred- Proficient in ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model) deployments- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management skills- Able to learn technical concepts quickly- Able to multi-task and work productively in a dynamic, fast paced environment- Able to work in a global environment- Flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirements and react quickly- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently- Exhibits decisiveness and good judgement under ambiguous circumstances in a timely manner- Experience in creating transform maps, Identification and Reconciliation rules preferred**General Skills required**- Strong customer focused and results oriented attitude- Knowledge of IT service management conceptsFormal Education & Certification- Extensive experience in ServiceNow- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
