CMDB configuration and implementation specialist, creates, manages and supports solutions for some of the world's largest retailers. Your main focus will be relational database management, knowledge in Java, JavaScript, API, RESTful microservices with JSON will be a plus, as well as knowledge in non-SQL database. Will collaborate as needed with internal teams. The incumbent will excel in our agile, collaborative and customer-focused environment, where you will contribute in a variety of ways. What you will be doing Implementing the CMDB where infrastructure and service management information is allowed to be recorded through CIs. Manage and secure information to support the billing and W2W process. Incident, problem, change, service request and asset management. Naturally to be successful in this role, you must have and know of : Bachelor's degree in computer science or related careers. More than 3 years of experience interacting and implementing relational databases - CMDB. Strong demonstrable knowledge in asset management. Knowledge and experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SaFe, Kanban, XP ). Strong analysis, problem determination and debugging skills, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills. Proficient with office tools. Advanced English. Preferred skills : Knowledge of the retail sector (store operations and point of sale concepts) and experience with point-of-sale devices. Knowledge and handling of Quick Base tool Knowledge and handling of Service Now Knowledge in object-oriented development. We offer : Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll.
