Amplio conocimiento CISCO (incluidos enrutadores, conmutadores, cortafuegos y controladores inalámbricos y puntos de acceso) 3 años de experiência en Seguridad Actividades : Brindar asistencia remota a técnicos cuando estén en sitio resolviendo tickets, ayudándolos a que puedan brindar conectividad a través del conectado de Laptops a equipos Cisco, con el fin de brindar acceso remoto a los administradores que estarán en otros países. Ayuda y coordinación con personal técnico en toda la región de Latinoamérica. Coordinación de tickets para seguimiento y cierre de los mismos durante la semana en diferentes países.
