IAM MANAGERThe identity and Access Management ( IAM) Manager will be responsible to ensure that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support FCB's Business , security & integrity of the IT operationsACTIVITIES * Discover , refine and analyze customer requirements.* Collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers and others relative to the IAM deployment plans* Determine the optimal IAM desing.for the client* Build , test and support the IAM solutions* Transfer knowledge as appropriate to the client* Develop relationships with key IAM/PAM vendors to expand OCD Tech's knowledge on key products and track future roadmapsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE* 3-5 years of experience in identity management* Considered an expert in one of the following IAM tools (Auth0,AWS IAM,Azure AD, IBM IAM,Okta, ORACLE Identity ,Management, Ping or Sailpoint)* 2+ Years of full lifecycle experience in the deployment of an Industry standard IAM solution.COMPETENCIES , SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* 3- 5 Years of experience in identity Management* Good Organization and planning skills* Advance level English* Technical English is required* Highly motivated , drivenand willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in highly regulated environment* Proactive* Teamwork#NuvitService
