**About us**Symrise is a global supplier of fragrances, flavorings, cosmetic active ingredients and raw materials as well as functional ingredients.Symrise works with manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics and foods to develop new product ideas and market-ready concepts for things which are an indispensable part of everyday life: perfumes, personal care products, fabric care products, household cleaners, beverages, convenience food, snacks, confectionary and dairy products.Symrise, always inspiring more...**Your role**- Manage, coordinate, and implement all elements of the Symrise Process Safety Management (PSM) program in addition to any requirements specific to the location.- Schedule, lead and document the PHA/HAZOP evaluations for new and existing processes.- Perform Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) to determine if the risk of an incident scenario is low enough to meet company requirements.- Coordinate and schedule internal and external compliance review audits with governmental agencies or third-party personnel and maintain proactive and positive relations with regulatory agencies, trade organizations, and community stakeholders as applicable.- Develop, implement, and provide process safety training and monitor compliance with training requirements.- Perform technical reviews of proposed new projects and process changes to identify and communicate any PSM ramifications.- Report on status of process safety incidents to management, lead investigations related to these incidents, and coordinate development of corrective actions based upon investigations.- Provide oversight of the Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) process.- Perform routine monitoring of documentation to ensure compliance with Symrise process safety requirements, including written procedures, Process safety information (PSI), and closure of PHA/HAZOP and audit action items.- Other duties as assigned.**About you**- Experience: 2+ years in process safety in a chemical environment.- Engineer degree in Mechanical, Chemist or similar- English C1- Ability to build business partnerships across and between functional groups and lead a project or technical team.- High energy and passion for excellence, bias for action, adaptability, and resilience.- Requires strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.- Ability to work independently, multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.- Some international travel will be required between global Symrise locations.**Our offer**We offer our employees excellent working conditions, training programs and an attractive compensation package.**Join us today**Job Reference: LA*****
