This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage category strategy and seasonality consumption moments with our merchant base. Role Responsibilities Engagement of merchants to our platform as well as the growth of their online performance, via a combination of online and offline strategies in terms of promotions and seasonalities. Building deep data insights and understanding of our existing merchants in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives. Using data to understand merchant and category performance, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, in terms of category placement, seasonal selection and joint promotions. Role Qualifications University graduates with bachelor degrees, or experienced professionals with experience in preferably online Grocery (or Food) delivery business, especially in (user) operations roles. Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry, is a plus. Data driven and strong analytical thinking. Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset. Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
