We are looking for a CRM Solution Architect to join our team for a multinational leader in the international organizations and institutional services sector. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex CRM solutions within integrated enterprise landscapes. Translate business requirements into technical architectures and solution blueprints. Define platform roadmaps, module adoption strategies, and integration approaches aligned with enterprise architecture. Ensure solutions comply with platform best practices, performance, and security standards. Review new CRM platform features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Guide governance processes and enforce standards for development, release management, and platform usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and risk evaluations. Lead design reviews and validate technical implementations. Support platform upgrades, architectural refactoring, and performance optimization. Act as a subject matter expert on CRM platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmaps. Ensure AI features are implemented to maximize user performance within organizational guardrails. In-depth expertise in modern CRM platform architecture (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce). Strong knowledge of secure CRM design, data architecture, and integration frameworks. Experience with advanced configuration, scripting, and DevOps/CI-CD practices. Knowledge of AI capabilities within CRM platforms. Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud-native design. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced level of English.
