Remote Team Operations Manager

Job Title: Team Operations & Accountability ManagerDescription:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Operations & Accountability Manager to join our growing team.As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing key team members and client-facing processes.Your Key Responsibilities:- Client Account Management: Conduct weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with assigned clients and their team members (average ***** minutes) to review priorities, goals, and updates.- Maintain Consistent Communication: Monitor and update each client's dashboard accurately, including quarterly goals, scorecards, and task lists, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.- Prepare Reports: Prepare and send weekly summary reports to clients (approx. 1 hour per week across all clients), highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps.- Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to align deliverables, timelines, and expectations, ensuring smooth project execution.Employee & Contractor Management:- Review Updates: Review updates and deliverables from client-assigned team members (e.G., Employees or Contractors) to ensure timely completion and quality.- Track Issues: Track issues, missed deadlines, or performance concerns, document them clearly, and escalate to the Founder when necessary.Reports & Administration:- Maintain Client Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and organized client documentation, dashboards, and internal records.- Generate Reports: Generate and submit concise weekly reports summarizing client progress, team updates, and outstanding issues.- Participate in Troubleshooting: Participate in approximately 3 hours per week of collaborative troubleshooting and review sessions with the CEO to discuss key insights and process improvements.- Refine Systems: Refine internal tracking systems and reporting templates to improve efficiency and data accuracy.What You Should Have:- At Least Five Years of Experience: At least five years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Operations Management, Team Coordination, and/or People Management.- Remote Experience: At least two years of experience working remotely with clients/companies from the US, UK, CA, and/or AU.- Team Supervision: At least two years of experience supervising or managing a team.- Exceptional English Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.- Remote Tools Proficiency: Proficiency with essential remote tools, including Google Sheets (for KPI tracking), Slack (for async check-ins), Zoom (for weekly calls), and other collaborative platforms.- Time Management: Capacity to manage up to ***** client employees' check-ins per week while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of communication.- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail, able to manage multiple client dashboards and moving parts.- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator across written updates, video calls, and async tools, able to summarize performance and escalate issues with clarity.- Independence: Self-directed and proactive, with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently without the need for constant oversight.- Adaptability: Comfortable working across multiple businesses or industries, quickly adapting to different workflows, team structures, and performance metrics.Benefits:- Flexibility: Flexible schedule allowing for part-time remote work.- Salary Negotiable: Salary negotiable based on experience and location.Ongoing Opportunities:- Professional Development: Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.- Autonomy: Autonomous role allowing for independence and self-direction.],
