Join to apply for the Sales Manager role at Remote LatinosGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Remote LatinosImportant Application Instructions: To be considered for this role, your CV must be submitted in English.When recording your video introduction, please use a professional background and ensure the video is recorded horizontally.First impressions matter — present yourself clearly and professionally.Location: Remote (LATAM)Salary: USD $3,000 – $5,000/month + performance bonuses (5–7%)About the RoleOlmstead is looking for a LATAM Sales Manager to serve as the operational and cultural bridge between company leadership and the sales teams supporting both Acquisitions and Dispositions.This person will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing remote sales organization that aligns with Olmstead's mission, core values, and performance standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who has successfully built and led real estate sales teams focused on the US market, thrives in fast-growth environments, and knows how to inspire excellence in remote teams across LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and train new Acquisition Managers, Lead Managers, and Disposition Reps from LATAM markets.Set and enforce sales KPIs, performance standards, and daily activity goals.Lead 1:1s, team huddles, and weekly pipeline reviews.Coach and mentor the team to strengthen both skills and mindset.Implement and maintain Olmstead's sales playbooks and call frameworks (Pre-Qual, Discovery, Options, CSM/CRM, Dispo).Audit call recordings weekly to ensure quality and consistency.Collaborate with leadership to improve sales messaging and objection handling.Promote CRM discipline (Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.Identify underperformance early and execute targeted coaching plans.Culture & Core ValuesEmbody and reinforce Olmstead's 4 Core Values:Extreme Ownership – We own everything in our world.Proactive Communication – We ensure no one has to ask.Radical Honesty – We never deceive ourselves or others.Qualifications5+ years of management experience in sales.2+ years leading US Real Estate sales teams (bonus if in Land Acquisition).Proven success scaling LATAM-based remote sales teams serving US clients.Experience growing teams from 2 to 10+ producers.Strong command of Salesforce or similar CRMs.Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).Strong cultural alignment: ownership-driven, transparent, and growth-oriented.Compensation & Structure??
