Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Resource and Staffing Associate - KalypsoKalypso, a Rockwell Automation Business, is a professional service organisation dedicated to helping clients discover, create, make, and sell better products with digital.We believe that innovation across the value chain is the single most important factor for long-term growth and success.Kalypsonians are passionate about their work and committed to helping our clients become more innovative, competitive, and productive.The Kalypso team consists of diverse industry and technical experts with proven experience delivering results.Our people are recognized as business, industry, and technical thought leaders with a passion for innovation.RESOURCE AND STAFFING ASSOCIATELocation: Anywhere in Mexico**Responsibilities**:Staffing- Work with segment leaders to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources on projects across the business segment according to identified staffing metrics.- Understand upcoming demand to identify and forecast resource needs for the business segment.- Lead weekly business segment staffing calls, track Project kick-off documents, and maintain resource planner for the business segment.- Identify profile and skills required for open project roles and match project resource gaps with available staff to assign people to projects.- Actively assess and analyze resource workloads, experience, interests, feedback, and availability to effectively staff them on projects.- Maintain a roster of all business segment resources deployed and engagements to be able to assess utilization and availability.- Manage staffing conflicts amongst all business segments by collaborating with other talent associates to maximize firm profitability.- Ensure proper management of business segment team assets (bios, resumes, and skills matrix).- Consolidate the business segment weekly staffing updates to ensure they are incorporated in our global weekly reporting.- Liaise with global talent operations and delivery excellence to support initiatives and strategic imperatives as needed.- Capture and report upon relevant KPIs.Review and analyse weekly staffing reporting for the business segment, including:- Weekly analysis of headcount, resources availability and utilization forecast.- Weekly analysis of individual's utilization and variance.- Monthly resource gap analysis to determine tactical short-term TA goals.- Monthly aging report to review and assess long-term beached resources.Other Talent Responsibilities- Work with Talent leaders to create a hiring, training, and skill development plan to ensure supply efficiency by anticipating and surveying demands for business segment.- Assist process to manage people cost in and cost out.Identify potential transitions for business segment through staffing process, based on availability, performance, and upcoming business needs.- Help talent leadership formulate plans to achieve long-term growth and support strategic alignment for the business segment.- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to:- Ensure high demand profiles and skills are in place to support project pipeline.- Collaborate with Engagement & Development team to:- Define proper new hire onboarding processes guide staff through the process.- Plan and execute performance processes and outcomes for the Business segment, including performance reviews, career paths and counselor assignments.- Support driving retention of business segment team by balancing optimization of profitability with professional development needs of individuals.- Coordinate with Training team to:- Outline strategy to improve availability of high demand skill profiles and certifications across the business segment talent pool.Basic Qualifications:- 4-year degree required.- 2-5 years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in a professional services firm.- Experience in a talent position, preferably with resource management.- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage in a virtual organization.- Superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, comfort with Microsoft Excel- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment.-
