**US Spare Parts Support Specialist**:**Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future.At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations.Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As US Spare Parts Support Specialist in the Process Automation Business Unit, you will support the local Sales organization/customers in the follow up of the account receivable for the Spare Parts area.**This position reports to**:Service Sales Support Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Being initial point of contact for customers to information regarding invoices of ABB Spare Parts.- Resolves issues following established procedures, monitors each invoice.- Follows up on the collection of Spare Parts invoices.- Send weekly account statements to Spare Parts customers.- Perform balance reconciliations, keeping the client and account manager informed.- Keep the billing report updated to meet the monthly reviews with the Spare Parts Business Line Manager in the USA.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 1+ years of experience in a customer service area.- Basic knowledge in finance.- Experience in SAP and Excel is a plus.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude.- Valid Passport and visa are desirable.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
