DATOS GENERALESHorario: Tiempo completo de lunes a viernes (viernes salida las 3:00 pm)Prestaciones de leyPlan de carreraACTIVIDADES A REALIZARtender a todos los clientes para el aumento en los ingresos y servicios de la firma en su cartera asignada.2. En caso de ser necesario organizar las juntas con los prospectos y los directores operativos del área para resolver dudas técnicas de los servicios.4. Llevar a cabo todas las estrategias del área de sus de clientes, para la correcta atención y cuidado de estos.5. Crear relaciones de confianza con los clientes que le permita conocer el nível de fidelización que tiene hacia la firma6. Conocer todos los servicios que ofrece la firma, así como los principales clientes de cada una de las unidades de negocio a su cargo.7. Conocer las necesidades de los clientes para detectar oportunidades de negocio.8. Fungir como intermediario entre el gerente de la unidad de negocio y el cliente, apoyando en la negociación de soluciones para mantener un optimo servicio y satisfacción del cliente.9. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las métricas de cada una de las unidades de negocio a su cargo10. Determinar junto con su jefe inmediato las estrategias para resolución de conflictos.12. Sugerir el precio de los servicios brindados a sus clientes, para la autorización de dirección.13.
