Manages payroll and ensures that company employees are paid the correct amounts for each pay period. As apayroll coordinator, you are a liaison between the human resources departmentand the finance department since both have a stake in payroll operations.Supervise pre-payroll processPerformpayroll Process.Capture of vacations, permits, disabilities in payroll system.Calculate and ensure the correct payment of Chirstmas Bonus, Profit andemployee final payments.Handle and Manages IDSE movements.Manage and calculateSUA payments (monthly & bi*monthly)Calculate of variable salaries and submit to the IMSS.Perform Annual Salaries changes.Calculate and submit Fonacot monthly payment.Generate payroll accounting policy.Prepare and submit Payroll and HQ Reports+5 years of experience as a payroll coordinator or similar roleFamiliarity with payroll processes.Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payrollWorking knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Tress (essential) - Tempus).Comfortable with Excel (functions, data etc.)An analytical mind with good mathStrong communicationExcellentattention to detailDiploma/BSc/ BA in accounting, finance or relevant field #J-18808-Ljbffr
