**OVERVIEW**:The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing the seasonal workforce for direct and indirect labor. The supervisor ensures Human Resources solutions create a great onboarding experience and increase retention. Provides support to all Ensambles Hyson sites.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Managing a team of Human Relations colleagues- Leading the hiring, selection and on-boarding process for direct labor- Developing and executing on the recruitment strategy for direct labor employees- Managing definite contracts- Taking actions to reduce turnover- Leading and/or participate in improvement projects- Managing and improving the transportation and cafeteria services- Designing and conducting supervisor and employee training- Ensuring Mexico Secretary of Labor training compliance- Organizing recognition and morale building activities- Supporting other on-going processes to ensure accurate payroll and timely delivery of benefits**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor’s Degree- 5+ years of applicable experience- Bilingual English Spanish speaker- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent computer skills- Superior potential demonstrated through academic and work history**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Supervisory experience- Graduate degree- Experience working with multi-national companies- Compensation and benefits experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Supervisor de Recursos Humanos: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
