**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and standardized IT solutions across multiple business entities as well as engaging in large-scale IT projects.The role actively participates in major IT initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and integration of business and regional perspectives.The role initiates and cultivates relationships with influential decision-makers at the highest levels and key tactical leaders, advocating for IT best practices, and shaping strategic business planning with a pronounced IT influence.The role also provides mentorship to lower-level employees and ensures the realization of operational and strategic plans.**Responsibilities**- Identifies opportunities where IT can deliver cost-effective, standardized solutions to cater to the needs of multiple business, function, or geography entities.- Leverages extensive domain-specific business acumen to propel engagement in large-scale IT undertakings.- Participates in major IT projects, ensuring business and regional stakeholders are effectively communicated with and integrated.- Initiates and nurtures relationships with influential decision-makers positioned at the highest levels of the business, function, geography, or organization, alongside key tactical leaders.- Recognizes the demand for new IT processes and substantial enhancements to major IT processes and spearheads their development and implementation.- Communicates project status to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.- Advocates for the proliferation of best practices developed from interactions between businesses, functions, or geographies and other counterparts.- Engages in strategic business planning where IT's influence is pronounced and shapes the overarching business strategies of customer organizations.- Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field.**Preferred Certifications**NA**Knowledge & Skills**- Agile Methodology- Automation- Business Analysis- Business Process- Business Requirements- Business Systems Analysis- Computer Science- Data Analysis- Finance- Marketing- Process Improvement- Project Management- Salesforce- SAP Applications- Scrum (Software Development)- SQL (Programming Language)- Systems Analysis- Systems Development Life Cycle- User Story- Workflow Management**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.**Complexity**- Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy.**Disclaimer**LI-POST
