**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with dedicated business implementation teams, advocating for business requirements during IT implementation ventures, and identifying solutions that fall short of IT standards. The role understands the specific goals and needs of the business, function, or geography and represents those needs to the IT organization. The role leads system design and development, while contributing proactively to projects through research and data analysis and working independently on moderate scope problems. The role also analyzes complex requirements, identifies risks and develops solutions.**Responsibilities**- Maintains relationships with dedicated business implementation teams focused on individual initiatives, leveraging comprehensive business understanding to facilitate impactful IT collaboration for significant projects.- Advocates the requirements of the business, function, or geographical unit during the course of IT implementation ventures.- Discerns solutions within the business, function, or geography that fall short of IT standards and conveys them to their management.- Adheres to established procedures and identifies opportunities for streamlining or enhancing processes.- Ensures active and timely engagement of business, functional, and geographical stakeholders in IT projects, keeping them adequately informed throughout the process.- Conducts in-depth analysis of intricate requirements, identifies potential risks, and formulates suitable solutions.- Leads systems design and development by translating business requirements to technical requirements.- Provides services to clients in areas such as competitive migrations, hardware/software deployments, and troubleshooting customer environments.- Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.**Preferred Certifications**NA**Knowledge & Skills**- Agile Methodology- Automation- Business Analysis- Business Process- Business Requirements- Business Systems Analysis- Computer Science- Data Analysis- Finance- Marketing- Process Improvement- Project Management- Salesforce- SAP Applications- Scrum (Software Development)- SQL (Programming Language)- Systems Analysis- Systems Development Life Cycle- User Story- Workflow Management**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.**Complexity**- Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
