Una oportunidad de crecer con nosotros¿Disfrutarías trabajar en el acelerado mundo de la tecnología industrial?Si es así, te tenemos una oportunidad sobresaliente para unirte a nuestro Equipo Watlow, donde trabajamos con muchas de las más grandes compañías como líderes en tecnología y soluciones.Estamos generando impactos positivos cada día que nuestras soluciones enriquecen la vida de las personas en todas partes.Este puesto está localizado en nuestro Campus de Manufactura de Clase Mundial en Querétaro, Mx.Trabaja en uno de nuestros cinco avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.Your Key Responsibilities- Implements financial and accounting policies / procedures within corporate guidelines.- Analyzes and make recommendations for profitability including improvement in productivity, cost reduction and operating asset management for the planning unit, location or function.- Conducts comparative analysis for the planning unit, location or function.- Ensures the planning unit, location or function has the appropriate level of finance resources in support of operations, financial systems, and other financial responsibilities.- Facilitates the integration of plans across Watlow planning units, locations or functions (as needed).- Oversees the planning unit's capital budgeting activities.- Oversees the monthly close and / or consolidation process for the planning unit, location or function.- Supports the Sales, Operations, Financial Planning (SOFP) process for the planning unit, location or function.- Leads collaborative planning, forecasting, and measuring performance for the planning unit, location or function.- Establishes financial processes and improves those processes in accordance with corporate wide policies.- Provides functional guidance to the planning unit, location, or function with regard to Finance policies, procedures, and practices.- Serve as a member of the leadership team.- Participates in strategic planning and leads related financial strategy development for the planning unit, location, or function.- International accounting practices and policies.Required Qualifications- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) or Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience.- At least five years' experience in manufacturing environment with extensive experience in integrated manufacturing systems across multiple plants, lean accounting, inventory management and product profitability improvement.- Strong experience in supporting Continuous Operational Improvement activities.- Lean Experience.- Business English level.Desired Qualifications- Project management experience preferred.- Leadership experience.- CPA / CGMA certification preferred.**Prestaciones**: El plan de compensación total WatlowTu salud, el bienestar y estabilidad financiera tuyos y de tu familia son una prioridad para nosotros.El plan de compensación total Watlow incluye una compensación competitiva y un abanico de prestaciones y beneficios para mejorar tu carrera:- Sueldo con pago quincenal.- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro dental.- Seguro visual.- Fondo de ahorro 13%- Vales de despensa 10%- Prima vacacional 50%.- Prestaciones de ley.COVID & SeguridadWatlow está comprometido con brindar un ambiente seguro y limpio para laborar para todos los actuales y futuros miembros del equipo.Nuestro proceso de reclutamiento es una combinación de actividades virtuales, por teléfono y presenciales hasta el momento de ingreso.Tu seguridad es nuestra prioridad principal.
