Description of Deliverable or Service:HPI's Canada's Outsourced Inventory, Order Management and Operations Management Services for the AMS HP Shopping Regional Business Unit ("Project")Order Management, Post-sales and Operations Management servicesServices require timely placement of internal inventory transfer orders, the monitoring of inventory availability, triggering of replenishment stocking orders, the end-to-end management of inventory replenishment orders, reporting on order fulfilment and inventory levels and other daily operations management and reporting services for the HP Shopping Canada ecommerce and order management platforms.Inventory, Order management and Operations services will respond to both HP internal and external partner inquiries including proactive follow-up on orders and invoices to achieve customer's satisfaction.Inventory management, demand planning and product replenishment services in the SAP S4 Hana Order- Management and ISCS Order Management platforms.- Post-Sales & Order Management Support services in SAP S4 Hana or other order management platforms.- Input and maintenance services of product and customer data in SAP S4 Hana or other systems.-Responding to HP internal parties and external partner inquiries accurately and taking proactive actions upon orders and invoices to achieve customer's satisfaction.Research and follow up on issues until resolution.- Issue Resolution Expertise (Problem Solving & Decision Making).- Problem Resolution: know when to use tools, when to make exceptions, when to raise for higher level review.- Ownership of customer concerns, showing empathy, credibility and confidence.Handling situations in a calm, constructive manner, while showing effectiveness in high pressure situations.- Represents HP customer needs to other organizations, such as tech support, PC and PRINT supply chain organizations, 3PL partners.- Work closely with HP & HP partners in investigating & fulfilling orders or order exceptions/cases.Outbound Calls (non-customer facing):- Work with HP Operations, Category and Supply Chain Teams to resolve inventory.- Transfer orders, shipment delays and other related complications, escalations and issues.**Salary**: $18,****** per month**Language**:- English (required)
