VERVENTEmployee: Date: October 1,Position Title: Sales CoordinatorDepartment: SalesStatus: Full-time Part-timeFLSA: Exempt, Non-ExemptOverviewThis role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and supporting Vervent's broader servicing and capital markets capabilities.From managing communications to supporting deal and CRM workflows, the Sales Coordinator helps ensure continuity, accuracy, and responsiveness across the sales lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day sales operations and ensure alignment across internal teamsMaintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insightsGenerate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metricsOversee lead flow processes, acquisition tracking, and documentation controlCollaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and lead generation initiativesQualify inbound and outbound leads, and manage the nurturing of warm prospectsFacilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executivesMaintain and monitor a pipeline of engaged prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and progressionConduct market research and support strategic sales initiatives and special projectsPartner with client onboarding and servicing teams to ensure smooth transitions and post-sale supportUphold secure documentation practices and contribute to asset tracking to maintain portfolio integrityPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience2-4 years of professional experience in sales support or administrative rolesStrong organizational skills and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce)Partner with client onboarding and servicing teams to ensure smooth transitions and post-sale supportExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or lead research toolsPhysical RequirementsThe work is of an intellectual nature.While performing the functions of this job, the employee is required to stand and sit for prolonged periods.Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sound as voice and communicate through human speech.This position requires the ability to operate a computer, keyboard, computer mouse, cell phone, tablet, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment.On an occasion, an employee will be asked to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.#J-*****-Ljbffr
