Proactively Reach Out and Retain At‑Risk Clients (Retention) Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Proactively engage clients to assess satisfaction and identify potential issues before they arise. Analyze client feedback, usage data, and behavior to.models detect churn risks and take appropriate action. Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, marketing, etc.) to resolve client concerns and ensure alignment on client needs. Advocate for client needs internally to help drive product or service enhancements. Track and binc report on client retention metrics and trends. Use various CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and internal tools to aid our clients and their accounts. Investigate clients’ support history or conduct needs analysis based on business requirements. Engage clients via phone and email to demonstrate the value of our services and solutions, directly contributing to their success. Address escalations that may affect the client’s continued partnership with the company. Handle client complaints or escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Respond to NPS feedback and effectively resolve concerns. Reach out to new accounts to train and educate them on the complexities of integrated processing. Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team. Handle High Volume and High‑Risk Pricing Reviews Engage clients in value‑driven conversations, addressing pricing needs. Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to handle pricing requests proactively. Negotiate with clients to establish mutually beneficial pricing plans. Educate clients on pricing structures, rates, fees, interchange, and statements. Negotiate contract extensions when pricing adjustments are needed via addendums. Business Partner Escalations and Client Experience Campaigns Effectively handle at‑risk client escalations shared through business partner relationships. Assist business partners with focused campaigns to enhance client experience and reduce attrition. Client Support Functions Respond to inbound IM, phone, and email inquiries from internal departments, clients, and partners regarding Global Payments products and services. Serve as a central point of contact for high‑profile clients as needed.
