OverviewOur Client operates in the home services industry, providing residential solutions through a high-volume customer support and scheduling operation. They focus on delivering reliable service experiences while supporting large-scale operations across the United States.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Call Center Representative with extensive experience working with U.S.-based companies in large call center environments. This role is focused on handling high call volumes, assisting customers with service-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience within the home services sector.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from U.S.-based customers in a professional and efficient mannerSchedule, reschedule, and manage service appointmentsProvide accurate information regarding services, processes, and customer inquiriesMaintain detailed and accurate records in the internal systemsFollow call center scripts, procedures, and quality standardsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service operationsManage high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service standardsRequired Experience and Qualifications7–8 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies in a call center environmentExperience in large-scale call center operationsProven background in the home services industryStrong verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with ServiceTitanFamiliarity with home services workflows and dispatching processesExperience handling scheduling and customer coordinationStrong problem-solving skillsPersonalityProfessional and customer-orientedCalm and composed under pressureHighly organized and detail-orientedReliable and consistent in performanceTeam player with a strong sense of responsibilitySoftware & ToolsCRM or scheduling platforms used in home services environmentsNative, C2Schedule9am-1pm PSTSalary and BenefitsPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
