Company DescriptionJellyfish is an award‑winning global digital agency and we are looking for a talented and self‑motivated Performance Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico.If you enjoy working with data, sharing ideas and love being part of a collaborative team within a growing, international agency, then this is the role for you.Jellyfish is a diverse digital marketing agency, which means you'll work on anything from uncovering areas of opportunity to creating effective campaigns.You will manage and execute search strategies for clients across a variety of industries, using both paid search and organic tactics.The specialist will devise content strategies, research and test keywords, manage Paid Media campaigns, analyze click‑through data, and identify synergies between SEO and SEM to inform both strategies.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced UX Director to provide our product team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects that meet people's needs.You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.ResponsibilitiesConceive and implement concepts, prototypes and strategies in various projects and oversee them to completionUnderstand product specifications and user psychologyLead brainstorming sessions with internal team and also with clientsDirect and motivate teams of art directors, UI designers, developers, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectivelyConduct concept and usability testing and gather feedbackCreate personas through user research and dataDefine the right interaction model and evaluate its successDevelop wireframes and prototypes around customer needsFind creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trendsCollaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirementsRevise projects, approve / reject designs, provide feedback to the teamTrain and guide subordinates into accomplished professionalsMonitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the futureQualificationsProfessional Working English proficiencyProven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar roleStrong portfolio of design projectsBackground in project management and researchFamiliarity with interaction design and information architectureProficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)Knowledge of HTML / CSS; JavaScript is a plusProblem-solving aptitudeAnalytical mind with a business acumenExcellent communication skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equal Opportunity Employer: Jellyfish is committed to making adjustments in our recruitment process to enable you to demonstrate your full potential.Should you require reasonable accommodation, please fill out the form here.Flexible workingAnnual BonusAnniversary IncreaseTraining and DevelopmentLife AssuranceEmployee Assistance Programme - Counseling #J-18808-Ljbffr
