Company Description Jellyfish is an award‑winning global digital agency and we are looking for a talented and self‑motivated Performance Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico. Jellyfish is a diverse digital marketing agency, which means you'll work on anything from uncovering areas of opportunity to creating effective campaigns. You will manage and execute search strategies for clients across a variety of industries, using both paid search and organic tactics. The specialist will devise content strategies, research and test keywords, manage Paid Media campaigns, analyze click‑through data, and identify synergies between SEO and SEM to inform both strategies. Job Description We are looking for an experienced UX Director to provide our product team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects that meet people's needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Responsibilities Conceive and implement concepts, prototypes and strategies in various projects and oversee them to completion Understand product specifications and user psychology Lead brainstorming sessions with internal team and also with clients Direct and motivate teams of art directors, UI designers, developers, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements Revise projects, approve / reject designs, provide feedback to the team Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Qualifications Professional Working English proficiency Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role Strong portfolio of design projects Background in project management and research Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq) Knowledge of HTML / CSS; JavaScript is a plus Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
