**Job activities**:- Conduct needs assessments to identify potential clients' debt relief needs and financial goals.- Provide information on debt relief options and services to potential clients, and explain the benefits of our services.- Work with potential clients to determine their eligibility for debt relief programs.- Use effective sales techniques to persuade potential clients to enroll in our programs.- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM system.- Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).**Experience required**:- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the debt relief or financial services industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and close sales.- Customer Service/Soft Sales Background is helpful.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Experience using a CRM system and proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Knowledge of debt relief programs and regulations is a plus.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**Salary**: From $20,****** per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
