Job ID: *****- Location: Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, MX**Regional Category Purchaser - CS & IT****Job ID**:*******Location**:MX-JA-Santa Anita-Vitesco II**Salary Classification**:The Regional Category Purchaser is responsible for the development and implementation of the Regional Strategy for the following NPM (Non-Production Materials) Cluster CS & IT (Corporate Services & Information Technology) and will contribute toward global initiatives which drive added value for Vitesco Technologies in terms of commercial, logístical, and technical enhancements, while strengthening the relationships to strategic Business Partners (internal and external).**Tasks**:- PURCHASING STRATEGY: Support the implementation of the Global Purchasing Strategy to the Regional level.Develop, maintain, align, communicate and implement Regional Purchasing Strategies (Category Strategy Papers, CSP) in alignment with all respective stakeholders*.- POOLING & STRATEGIC SUPPLIER PANEL: Drive the Execution of Market Intelligence studies and ensure the ideal balance of Competition and Pooling through e.g. supplier reduction and implementation of strategic suppliers to achieve a maximum cost reduction contribution and best possible synergy effects.- SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Identify, develop and promote Global and Regional Strategic Suppliers based on SRM requirements and considering the CSP definitions.Conduct Strategic Supplier Meetings to realize further benefits toward service level and customer expectations.- CONTRACTS: Manage and develop the number of favorable Price and Framework Agreements in legal, logístical, commercial and technical terms (Requirement Books, Specifications, Standards) in close alignment with stakeholders, and steer the implementation.- SOURCING PROJECTS: Support global sourcing projects as well as Lead and initiate tenders for Regional Projects in cooperation with the respective stakeholders*.- KPI's: Track & Drive results of relevant KPI ´s for responsible Cluster(s) according the Global Target & KPI settings.- COMPLIANCE: Ensure Compliance with Business Partner Code of Conduct and Vitesco Technologies Code of Conduct.**Organization and Magnitude**:- This position reports Disciplinary and Functional to Global Cluster Manager.- If Global Cluster Manager is not in same Region, then Disciplinary reporting is to Region Lead/Deputy.- Responsible for a Regional Purchasing volume between ~30M and ~40M €.**Requirements**:- Academic degree in business administration, engineering or comparable qualification.- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Purchasing, respective material group preferred or equivalent.- Leadership abilities/experience preferred.- Knowledge of MS Office tools as well as in SAP R/3 and World Class Sourcing Platforms.- Spanish & English language skills written and spoken.- Affinity for cooperation with people and intercultural competences.- Strong negotiating skills, persuasion and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure, driving execution.- Creativity, reliability, integrity, teamwork, operates with global perspective.- Willingness to travel.**Interfaces / Contacts**:- Worldwide Purchasing Departments, Central, Business Unit & Plant business area representatives (e. g.
