The Graduate Trainee: Credit Controller position is designed to give incumbents access to a practical work environment where they can learn from experts and adapt their theoretical knowledge.The position is responsible for coordination of debt management in accordance with Corporation credit control policies at the Region, for building and maintaining a close link with customers to ensure timely recovery of payments and debt management.**Key Competencies**:- Principles of accounting, cashiering, internal controls, billing, collection methods, bank transactions and auditing.- Understanding of credit control and debt management principles- Should possess negotiation and persuasion skills- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to the public.- Data analytics and reporting- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce
