Together.Coordinación y control de embarques con oficinas de origen/destino, atención al cliente, reporteo, desarrollo comercial de cuenta, cumplimiento de estrategias establecidas por el producto.Sobre el trabajoSer el contacto principal con el equipo de planificación y tráfico del Cliente, proporcionando el estado actual de cada envío gestionado por Hellmann.Conocer el proceso logístico actual del cliente y sugerir mejoras para obtener beneficios cualitativos y cuantitativos.Proporcionar alternativas en caso de un incidente logístico para evitar una afectación mayor al cliente.Notificar a tiempo cualquier retraso en tránsito para reducir la posibilidad de una afectación.Coordinar recolecciones con las oficinas de origen de Hellmann.Enviar reportes de tránsito al cliente.Sobre ustedIngles intermedio comprobableManejo de Cargowise y Excel deseablesExperiencia en atención a Clientes minima de 3 añosTrabajo bajo indicadores de desempeño (KPIS)Conocimientos logísticos generales de los procesos aduanales y tráficos marítimos y terrestresConocimientos en procesos de cadena de suministros e incotermsCotización de tarifas y rutas en el medio logísticoSobre nuestros beneficiosSalario 24kPrestaciones superiores: fondo de ahorro 13%, vales despensa 11.5%, vales de restaurante, 30 días de aguinaldo, SGMM, seguro de vida, PTUUn fuerte espíritu de equipo y mucha diversión en comúnUn entorno seguro, multicultural e integradorOportunidades individuales de crecimiento y desarrolloInklusion und soziale Vielfalt sind fest verankerte Werte in unserer Unternehmenskultur.
