**Compliance and Regulatory Specialist - Fasteners Industry****Position Summary**:The Compliance and Regulatory Specialist supports the compliance and regulatory team in ensuring the company's products and operations adhere to industry standards, legal regulations, and customer requirements.This role involves assisting with regulatory documentation, monitoring compliance activities, and coordinating with internal teams to support compliance objectives.**Key Responsibilities**:Regulatory Support:- Assist in tracking and organizing compliance with global regulations such as RoHS, REACH, and Prop 65.- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, filings, and reports under the guidance of the Customs and Compliance Manager.- Support the process of obtaining and renewing product certifications.**Documentation and Record Management**:- Organize and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, certifications, and audits.- Assist in preparing compliance-related documents for internal and external stakeholders.- Ensure timely submission of regulatory documentation to meet deadlines.**Research and Monitoring**:- Research updates in industry regulations, standards, and environmental requirements affecting the fasteners industry.- Notify the compliance team of changes or upcoming deadlines to ensure proactive adherence.**Team Coordination**:- Act as a liaison between compliance, production, procurement, and other departments to gather required information.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative support role (experience in manufacturing or fasteners industry is a plus).- Knowledge:- Basic understanding of regulatory standards and compliance processes (RoHS, REACH, etc.).- Familiarity with documentation practices and administrative processes.- Skills:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent attention to detail.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.- Strong English skills, written and spoken.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.**Key Competencies**:- Ethical Awareness: Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compliance information.- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulations and team needs.- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.Reports To: Customs and Compliance Manager in Massachusetts, USALocation: SBS Queretaro, MexicoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $16,****** al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de permanencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
