We are a fast-growing company with a dynamic and collaborative team culture.The Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Specialist I, shall be responsible for the ongoing development and updating of the MedTrainer knowledge base including; linking regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, federal and state mandates, and related compliance best practices to MedTrainer products and solutions.The position is responsible for the creation and adaptation of healthcare policies, compliance checklists, competency assessments, guidance, and other related compliance resources for deployment in the MedTrainer Compliance Library.**Qualifications**- Experience developing and/or adapting and formatting documents checklist and compliance resource documents with A.I. tools.- Hands-on experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine‑learning tools—such as large language models (LLMs), natural‑language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics—to streamline regulatory research, content development, or compliance monitoring - strongly preferred.- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or regulatory environments with time-sensitive projects.- Experience with healthcare compliance or privacy programs, or similar regulatory settings.**Education and Certifications**- Bachelor's degree in a related field - required- Certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) - preferred- Licensed healthcare professional - preferred- Certification in Healthcare Compliance - preferred**Healthcare Regulatory & Technology Knowledge**- General knowledge of the U.S. health‑care system including, but not limited to: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions for Participation and other federal and state regulatory agencies.- Understands the role and responsibilities of accreditation organization standards (Joint Commission, AAAHC, AAASF, UCA, CARF, and others) and their correlation to federal and state regulations.- Basic understanding of regulatory and operating requirements for various healthcare settings such as long‑term care, assisted living, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, community health centers, and other medical specialties.**Job Duties**- Participates in development of new products and services related to regulatory and accreditation compliance policies, forms, checklist, and resources.- Responsible for on-time delivery of assigned compliance projects.- Interprets and analyzes state and federal regulatory manuals and revisions applicability to all assigned and collaboration projects.- Maintains a robust taxonomy and tagging structure within all assigned and collaborated projects to ensure efficient search and retrieval of compliance resources.- Meets expected compliance content volume according to expected project deadlines.- Takes initiative to improve department processes and outcomes.**Additional Information** Professional Skills**- Strong initiative and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Meticulous attention to detail—grammar, formatting, consistency, and context.- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new internal tools.**Why Join MedTrainer?**- Be part of a fast-growing software company making a real impact in healthcare.- Supportive and collaborative remote team environment.- Salary ranging from **$20,000 to $22,000 (according to experience and skills).**:- Competitive compensation and benefits.- Exposure to U.S. business practices and SaaS industry operations.**Application Requirements**- Are **Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico**, and- ** Currently reside within Mexico.**Please attach your updated CV in English when applying.We also encourage you to include a brief note explaining why you believe you are a strong fit for this role and how your experience aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications listed.
