**Responsibilities**:- Work with Data Governance Manager, Project Manager and Data Owners to document requirements and visualizations- **Update and build new projects and dashboards to meet business needs**:- Add new sources to existing Client Health (Rapid7, Sumo Logic) and Data Loss Prevention pipelines and dashboards- Create pipelines, reports and dashboards for Data Retention- **Monitor daily SQL Server Integrations Services (SSIS) pipelines and troubleshoot issues**:- Run weekly Client Health Dashboard meetings with insights into security agent status and overall health- **Adjust SSIS jobs and Power BI reports for changing sources and business rules**:- Provide summary reporting of Client Health and Data Loss Prevention trends to Progress Rail and Caterpillar leadership- **Move projects to Power BI Gateway and Direct Query when available**:- Create self-serve dashboards for Client Health (IT) and Data Loss Prevention (Data Owner) consumers- Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues- Escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the Project ManagerExperience- Minimum 5 years Business Intelligence experience- **Strong experience with Microsoft BI stack**:- **Strong experience with SQL Server Integrations Services for pulling data from database, CSV and API sources**:- Experience with Data Modeling for BI reporting- Experience visualizing raw, transformed, and modeled data or business user consumption- **Experience in developing complex dashboards with heavy data volumes**:- Experience with business requirements development and analysis- **Experience developing complex sql-based queries and understand all types of joins**:- Excellent attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- **Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills**:- Ability to work well with all levels of managementProficient with Microsoft Office products**Salary**: $58,****** - $60,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Power BI (preferred)- Data Base (preferred)- SQL (preferred)
