**_Puebla_**_, _**_Mexico_**_ _****JOB SUMMARY**This is a billable delivery and support role, with the majority of the work performed remotely.**Key Responsibilities**:- Plan, architect, and deliver high-value Microsoft Cloud solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level clients.- Lead the implementation and support of Microsoft SaaS solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 Security.- Deliver clear and concise formal presentations to clients, explaining technical solutions and business value.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for clients, ensuring knowledge transfer during and after project implementations.- Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.- Provide support for various Microsoft Cloud and security solutions, including Microsoft PKI, Defender, Sentinel, and Conditional Access policies.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of solutions.**Key Qualifications**:- Proven experience in planning, architecting, and delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level accounts.- 3+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft SaaS solutions.- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.- Hands-on implementation experience with the following technologies:- Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), including Intune, AAD Connect, Autopilot, and Identity Manager (MIM).- Microsoft 365 Security solutions, including Defender, Sentinel, and Conditional Access policies.- Active Directory, including design, domain migrations, and assessments.- Delivery/configuration of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and synchronization.- Microsoft PKI solutions and integration with other Microsoft technologies.- Azure Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On solutions.- Experience with 3rd party migration tools (AvePoint, Quest, etc.) is a plus.- Experience with M365 migration scenarios, including hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations, is a plus.**If you're passionate about Microsoft Cloud technologies and want to make a real impact for our clients, we'd love to hear from you****What We Offer**:Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.You can make a real contribution to the success of the company.Several activities are often organized all over the year, such as weekly sports sessions, team building events, monthly drink, and much more.**Benefits**:Healthcare, dental, life insurance, savings fund, Christmas bonus, grocery bonus, annual bonus.**Save On Commute**:Paid office parking.**Sport Activity**:Join your colleagues in various sport activities in the area.**Discount Programs**:Medical related discounts.**Prime Location**:In the heart of Puebla, with views of Popocatepetl volcano, restaurants and amenities close by.**PTOs**:Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and paid leave.**Sponsored Events**:Team social events, Holiday dinner.**Eat & Drink**:Enjoy a kitchen stocked with coffee, and snacks at low charge.
