REGIONAL D&IS TRANSFORMATION LEADER - AMERICAS- Hungry for challenges?Join a group with innovation at its heart and contribute to the automotive revolution- OPmobility is a world-leading provider of innovative solutions for a unique, safer and more sustainable mobility experience.Innovation-driven since its creation, the Group develops and produces intelligent exterior systems, customized complex modules, lighting systems, clean energy systems and electrification solutions for all mobility companies.With a €11.4 billion economic revenue in ****, a global network of 152 plants and 40 R&D centers, OPmobility relies on its 40,300 employees to meet the challenges of transforming mobility.- Our ambition?Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Digital & IS Transformation Leader for the Americas** Region to drive the digital transformation across our organization, under the leadership of our Global IS Practice Director.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the D&IS transformation initiative across the Americas region, in collaboration with the Transformation Office- Put in place processes related to new operating model (Capacity planning,...)- Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the D&IS teams to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.- Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during transformation projects, establishing strong relations with the business and making sure that IS demand process is understood and supported.- Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top talent for the digital and IS teams.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the D&IS teams.- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery, in liaison with Corporate team based in France- Provide leadership and guidance to the D&IS teams, promoting professional development and growth, securing transfer knowledge.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.A Master's degree is preferred.- Proven experience in leading digital and IT transformation projects, preferably in a multinational organization.- Expertise in mainstream technology (SAP).- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience in the Americas region and familiarity with its business landscape.- Experience working with European based companies and multiple European cultures- Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.- #LI-GS1**Date**:13 Oct ******Location**:Leon, MX**Job Requisition ID**:******
