**BMP TECHNOLOGIES MEXICO****Solicita**:**Customer Service Coordinator****Descripción y Requisitos****SUMMARY**Interfaces with customers to provide comprehensive customer account management, focusing on service by performing the following duties.Coordinates all activities involved with identifying, ordering, and scheduling the company's requirements for raw materials, supplies, services, manufactured components, subassemblies, and assemblies.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Communicates with customers by phone or in person and receives orders, order changes, and general communication.Reviews confirming orders audits open orders and maintains files for open and closed customer orders.Enters daily customer orders into the ERP system.Updates ERP system Data File as required.Supports Account Manager in the sale of new or additional products and services.Receives EDI and sends confirmations.Makes independent decisions to resolve problems in routine situations for service-related issues.Maintains all aspects of communication for mature accounts.Visits customers as needed at their place of business to promote sales efforts.Responsible for sales forecasting.Develops and presents sales data and qualifies sales leads.Monitors delivery performance reports.Reviews shipping documentation for domestic orders after shipments and is the backup for processing export orders and ensuring proper documentation is completed prior to shipment.Responsible for proof of delivery (POD) inquiries.Liaison with customers and internal departments to resolve customer issues.Coordinates customer expedite requests.Senior Account Rep - Provides guidance and mentoring to Key Account Reps.Quotes prices and credit terms to current and prospective customers according to existing company practice.Maintains quotation and pricing records.Issues Returned Goods Authorization to customers.Supports internal requirements from other departments.Initiates new product introduction meeting.Enters and maintains all customer master data on the ERP system.Enters and updates item masters for new and existing part numbers.Complies with all job-related ISO procedures as documented.Participates on teams/special projects ad hoc as required.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**LANGUAGE SKILLS**Bilingual (English / Spanish)Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or internally.Ability to write reports and business correspondence.Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from customers and employees.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to communicate effectively with the customer to ensure a win/win situation.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
