Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Porpuse: Drive production planning strategy and vision execution to support company's supply chain objectives.Overall responsibility for the scheduling & production plan.This position entails working with manufacturing to create production plans that balance production capacity with forecasted customer demands.Provide support to the company's inventory and service level.Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for site planning and inventory, including all assigned personnel and the integrity of all planning relevant data in the system.Define standard work and Lean tools for all processes in Planning.Experiência y requisitosExperience: - Seven (7) or more years of experience in Supply Chain Planning in an industrial manufacturing environment.- Five (5) or more years of management experience with direct reports.- Direct experience implementing lean concepts (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Leadership, 5S, etc.) - Lean/Six Sigma certification (black belt or green belt) a plus.- Prior experience implementing a pull system/Kanban approach to component flow.Master Schedule: - Lead the development and management of a production plan aligned to our assembly plants requirements with the objective to meet customer service levels and inventory turns goals while maximizing plant capacity and efficiency.- Coordinate with Corporate Demand Planning and Operations new products introduction and promotional activities ensuring adherence to launch timelines.- Collaborate with manufacturing groups on capacity and production requirements by reviewing system generated information and messages.- Collaborate with purchasing on material requirements to support the production plans such as schedule changes from demand spikes.- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing MRP (material requirements planning) to support lower level scheduling requirements.- Ensure the system parameters used in planning are correct to get the desired service and inventory levels.This includes capacity, lead-time, order policy, forecasts, safety stock levels and other types of parameters.- Ensure the resulting recommendations are being followed on a routine basis (daily, weekly, or whatever is appropriate) and balance customer needs, material availability, Supplier capacity and inventory requirements.- Monitor with Purchasing Suppliers for completion of the requirements and work with Logistics for distribution of product.- Ability to analyze forecast and production data to determine the impact throughout the organization.Oferta de empleo confidencialOfrecemos a las empresas la opción de publicar sus ofertas de empleo de manera confidencial, esto es por razones propias de la empresa y en algunos puestos desean mantener la información de forma privada.A continuación se especifican algunas de las razones por las que las empresas deciden publicar sus oportunidades de empleo como confidenciales:- La empresa desea mantener su publicación privada, para sustitución de sus empleados actuales.- Es la búsqueda de personal para nuevas plazas de empleo dentro de las organizaciones que actualmente están por autorizar.- Son empresas de nueva creación que requieren ciertos puestos sin la obligación de dar la información particular de su empresa en ese momento.**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7:00 am 5:00 pm**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
