Job TitleAbout Us:Our company is a leading provider of food and beverage solutions.We partner with customers to create innovative products that meet their needs.The Senior Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale engineering projects that impact the company's operations.This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating complex processes, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Main Responsibilities:- Managing teams, including direct staff, contractors, and unionized personnel, with a daily load of up to 350 people on-site.- Coordinating the integration of spray drying processes, powder handling, and mixing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.- Overseeing the implementation of automation technologies, aligned with global standards.- Ensuring design and construction under high-quality and sanitary criteria.- Collaborating with global teams and stakeholders through effective communication.Requirements:- Proven experience managing and executing large-scale engineering projects, including plant construction, equipment installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with timelines and costs.- Previous experience in companies with spray drying processes and powder handling.- Solid knowledge in drying technologies, industrial automation, and plant construction.- Advanced English, essential for global and technical interaction.- Desirable certification in Project Management and knowledge in lean manufacturing.Benefits:This role offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with a leading organization.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop their skills, and advance their career.
