Descripcion:Assures proper Product functioning by generating component engineering documents and verifying & validating components; maintaining parts database.- Document component & assembly engineering issues by studying product functions, requirements, history & failures: evaluating material changes; identifying & establishing performance standards.- Coordinate the Quality related issues such as QPL Testing; Returned Material Authorizations (RMA's), Discrepant Material Reports (DMR) and a possible Corrective and Preventative Action Records (CPAR)- Set a good example by keeping a clean, organized work area while performing all assigned tasks in a manner that is conductive to and consistent with all company safety regulations.- An understanding of Connector terminology, engineering and quality control specifications.Provide professional correspondence with customers, staff and vendors.Minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing environment performing engineering functions and support to Production of multi-product line business unit.- Work Instructions relevant to this job, which includes but is not limited to: CEMPS ********, QAP003, QAP005, QAP009, QAP013, QAP014 & QAP016.Experiência:- Conversational English 70%, (Read, Write, Speak)- Sitting or standing for long periods with occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.- Grade: Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical or Industrial).- Knowledge and/or Experience in Connector Assembly and sub-assemblies.- Office Suite Management.- Proactive, Responsible, Enthusiastic.- Knowledge of AUTOCAD INVENTOR (Indispensable requirement).
