Digital Transformation Manager

Our client is looking for a Digital Transformation manager who plays a key role within the digital business responsible for the client's development, scale, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives.The position will be responsible for reviewing the existing internal business systems/processes and proposing and manage improvements.You'll be working with a range of clients and broader business practices in engineering, design, and strategy.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and drive the company's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap- Help develop the go-to market strategy for key accounts working alongside client teams- Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to our clients.- Develop the business case for Digital opportunities.- Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement- Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices- Build and develop digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns- You'll be able to demonstrate detailed experience of creating digital roadmaps and strategies for multiple clients at local- Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build, and change delivery**Requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System/Data Science & Analytics or Digital/Technology related relevant discipline- At least 5 years experience as a Digital Transformation lead- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills- Experience working with multi-skilled teams (UX Designers, Software Engineers, and QA Engineers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms.- Strong ability to work with both business and technology teams- Deep understanding of the Digital industry and the issues and opportunities its players face, such as technology, data, and business change.- Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment (would be highly advantageous)- Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals- Ability to negotiate and shape a deal, including understanding pricing and risk- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member**Benefits**- Private Health Insurance (Seguro de Gastos Médicos)- Minor Medical Health Insurance- gasoline- Sales Bonus- Paid Time Off- hybrid- Training & Development- Discount platform access- monthly coffee delivery
