Job Title: Digital Transformation Director Core Position Requirements 1. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Master's degree preferred (MBA, Operations Management, or Engineering Management) 2. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience At least 3 years in process excellence, digital transformation, or operational improvement roles Proven track record of leading transformation projects 3. Technical Skills Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools Experience with process mapping and optimization software Knowledge of digital transformation technologies and applications Familiarity with automation tools and concepts (RPA, workflow automation) 4. Industry Knowledge Experience working with cross-functional teams Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks Familiarity with global business operations and standards 5. Soft Skills Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Advanced presentation and stakeholder management capabilities Problem-solving and analytical thinking Change management expertise Cross-cultural communication competency Specific Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Requirements 1.
