Technical Skills Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools Experience with process mapping and optimization software Knowledge of digital transformation technologies and applications Familiarity with automation tools and concepts (RPA, workflow automation) 4. Industry Knowledge Experience working with cross-functional teams Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks Familiarity with global business operations and standards 5.
