**Description**:We are hiring a highly organized, tech - savvy, and bilingual (English-Spanish) Loan Officer Assistant II to support a high-volume U.S. mortgage pipeline.If you have experience in mortgage loans, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are proactive in managing client and lender communications, we want to meet you**Responsibilities**:- Assist in managing loan conditions and follow-ups post lender submission- Translate and explain conditions clearly to borrowers- Collect, organize, and review borrower documents- Communicate with Underwritters, account managers, and AEs to resolve documentation needs- Maintain accuracy across LOS platforms, lender portals, and broker systems- Track milestones (submission, PTD, CTC, funding) and escalate issues as needed- Keep Encompass / LOS and internal trackers updated- Report status to Loan Officer and maintain organized records- Manage Loan Officer' s calendar, prepare documents, and follow up with leads- Communicate proactively with borrowers, lenders, title, and agents- Provide operational support during Loan Officer's absence**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:2 + years experience in mortgage processing, ideally within the retail and wholesale channelsProven ability to manage files independently from submission to clear-to-closeFamiliarity with FHA, DSCR, ITIN, Bank Statement, and Non-QM loan programsFully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)Excellent communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, dependable, and proactiveTech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quicklyAccess to a personal computer and stable internet connection**What We Offer**- Remote: Work From Home Based in Mexico- Schedule: Monday to Friday ***** hrs per week- Paid in USD, competitive based on experience- This position is as Freelance / Independent Contractor- U.S. holidays off- Opportunity to grow with a stable U.S. mortgage team**Experience**:Mortgage Loans, real estate or personal loans: 2 years (required)Language: English / Spanish (required)
