Resumen Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo/a Sr.HR Business PartnerEn Plata, estamos construyendo una organización en crecimiento acelerado y buscamos a una persona que quiera ir más allá de la operación tradicional de Recursos Humanos. Este rol es para alguien que disfrute estar cerca del negocio, acompañar a líderes, tomar decisiones con datos y generar impacto real en las personas y en los resultados. Responsabilidades Serás el principal punto de contacto entre HR y las áreas de negocio, acompañando a líderes en temas de desempeño, desarrollo, cultura y toma de decisiones. Tendrás un rol activo en la gestión del talento, resolución de temas laborales, análisis de métricas y mejora continua de procesos, asegurando una experiencia sólida para colaboradores y líderes. Participarás en iniciativas clave de crecimiento, cambio organizacional y fortalecimiento cultural, trabajando de forma cercana con distintas áreas para asegurar alineación, claridad y ejecución. Cualificaciones Lo que buscamos: Buscamos a alguien con fuerte experiencia en HRBP o roles similares, con alta capacidad de comunicación, pensamiento analítico, criterio para tomar decisiones y una visión práctica del negocio. Idealmente con experiencia trabajando con líderes, usando datos para generar insights y con conocimiento sólido de temas laborales.
