Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe (Site) HR Business Partner supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
- Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your perimeter
- Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
- Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
- Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
- Coordination of the external HR service providers
- Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
- Preparation of reports and analyses
- Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
- Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
- Close cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable

Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum education level:
- Businesss Administration, Industrial Relations or similar.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years in labor relations with Union, compliance with labor contract, internal regulations and policies and labor law.
Skills and competencies:
