Work Your Magic with usReady to explore, break barriers, and discover more?We know you've got big plans - so do weOur colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people's lives with our solutions in Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.Together, we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people, customers, patients, and planet.That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.United As One for Patients, our purpose in Healthcare is to help create, improve and prolong lives.We develop medicines, intelligent devices and innovative technologies in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology and Fertility.Our teams work together across 6 continents with passion and relentless curiosity in order to help patients at every stage of life.Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.**Your Role**: The **E&M Control Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality regulations in the manufacturing and release of products and processes under their supervision, in accordance with national and international standards, regulatory authority requirements for export markets, industry standards, and the Company's quality policies.The role includes participation in internal and external Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) audits and Global Engineering audits, as well as establishing procedures and controls for managing spare parts, materials, and consumables that impact product quality, ensuring proper documentation in official systems such as ManGo and SAP-ARIBA.The supervisor maintains updated GMP and technical documentation, monitors inventory levels of spare parts classified for replacement in SAP, and ensures accurate work order execution.They identify potential deviations in warehouse management processes, report findings, and implement corrective actions aligned with GMP and quality policies.Additionally, the position contributes to plant productivity by managing the supply cycle for spare parts and materials, maintaining minimum inventory levels for critical systems and production areas, and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance programs and global engineering standards.Responsibilities include managing inventory in MM and PM modules, creating BOMs, assigning spare parts to work orders, and supporting plant shutdowns by guaranteeing the availability of consumables and spare parts.The supervisor prepares performance indicators, reports, and metrics to measure maintenance effectiveness, spare part availability, and user satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.Furthermore, they participate in occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and the availability of personal protective equipment.Finally, the role contributes to budget control through efficient planning and forecasting of material consumption and spare parts requirements.**Quien Eres**:- **Escolaridad**: Pasante de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Químico Farmacéutico o Biólogo, Licenciatura en Administración.- **Idiomas**: TOEIC deseable (puntos *******), Inglés Nível Intermedio.- **Experiência**:Deseable 1 año en gestión de almacén de refacciones, manejo de inventarios y proceso de órdenes de compra.- **Competencias**: Desarrollo de indicadores de control y seguimiento de inventario, servicio al cliente y presupuestal.- **Conocimientos & Experiência**: Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Experiência en generación de reportes de inventario y financiero en SAP y Ariba.**CONOCIMIENTOS O ÁREAS DE EXPERIENCIA**:- Conocimiento en los módulos MM (Material Management), PM (Plant Maintenance) yPurchasing de sistema SAP y ARIBA.- Mantenimiento de listado de refacciones en sistema SAP: Conocimiento de carga,actualización y decomisionamiento de refacciones en maestro de materiales en MDM-G y en sistema SAP.- Conocimiento en Normativas de la secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS)aplicables a las Seguridad de Maquinaria y Equipos.- Conocimiento elemental en Normativas de la secretaria del Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT) aplicables al manejo de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos como resultado de las actividades de mantenimiento.**COMPUTACION**:- Procesador de Textos - Preferentemente Word.Nível Intermedio.Elaboración de- Documentos con formatos técnicos y de diseño de texto e imágenes, párrafos y manejo de referencias bibliográficas.- Hojas de Cálculo - Preferentemente Excel - Nível Avanzado.Elaboración de Reportes en Tablas con uso de Gráficos, Tablas Dinámicas y Macros.- Presentaciones - Preferentemente Power Point.Nível Intermedio- Elaboración de Presentaciones con inserción de tex
