**THERMODISC CONTROLES DE TEMPERATURA****Solicita**:**Manufacturing Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos**- Implement processes that guarantee the quality of the manufactured products.- Responsible for controlling process specifications, creating roadmaps, and updating and maintaining them.- Carry out engineering tests to improve production processes and conduct corresponding failure analyses to prevent these defects, looking for root causes through statistical techniques.- Support the Quality, Production, and Materials departments in analyzing and solutions for CAR and RMAs when required.- Responsible for balancing the production lines, updating production standards, creating routers for new styles, and providing support to the other departments when required.- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the product lines, updating the Layout, and proposing solutions that guarantee the best production flow in the lines with the least amount of waste.- Update the operating methods and visual aids in existing or new equipment.- Evaluate and propose improvements in production equipment to eliminate downtime and scrap.- Develop the search for local suppliers for raw materials to reduce operating costs.- Participate in cost reduction plans proposing projects that generate savings for the company.**Requirements**:- Engineering Bachelor's degree- Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.(preferable)- Problem-solving techniques knowledge: 8D's, Six Sigma, DOE's, etc.- Knowledge of VSM (Value Stream Maps).- Design of Fixtures and Test Scantlings.- Balancing of Production Lines.- Lay-Outs Design and Improvement.- Computer Management, Autocad, Office, Solidworks.- Knowledge of ISO **** / IATF is desirable.- English 75%, spoken and written.- Five years as an Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer (in the automotive industry preferably)- Experience in developing operating methods and visual aids.- Knowledge of Lean Sigma, TPM, SMED, and Poka Yoke Techniques.- Experience in transferring Product Lines.Puesto: Ingeniero - Manufactura**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
