The Protev Group is a company dedicated to providing support to our clients in technical and manufacturing areas, specialized in the plastics processing and machinery industry in the automotive sector.For expansion, we are looking for:**Manufacturing Engineer (Coating)****Description**:Responsible for process quality assurance, maintenance of coatings process documentation, and advance trouble shooting.**Organization Overview**With headquarters in Juarez, MX, this Tier 1 automotive consulting support has locations is America, Europe, China, Malaysia and Mexico.Total annual revenue of approximately 15 million USD.**Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer (Coating)**:**General Responsibilities**:- Development of the FTY (First Time Yield), Development of routings- Design, development and control of process instructions- Design and Handling of tooling- Design and validation of fixtures- Process improvements to improve process output and reduce waste- Balancing of coating processes due to change in requirements- Organize the testing and validations of the coating processes- Control of SPC in the line- Design of the workstation layout- Maintenance of PFMEA's and Flow Charts- ECR/ECN Management- Provide support to production in problem solving- Provide support in project coordination activities- Provide support and training to employees, as required- All those activities generated as a result of changes in requirements and/or improvements in the process of the applicable area)**Position Requirements**:- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree (5 years of experience working as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in in the field setting can be substituted for the degree)- Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant working experience,1 year minimum in the area- Quality and environmental systems- Problem solving techniques- Communication techniques- Training in the work area- Knowledge of computer packages (MS OFFICE)- Lean manufacturing and it's tools- Development and structuring of PPAP's- Development and structuring of PFMEA 's- Control Plan- **International travel for this position is required**- **Valid Visa and Passport**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $25,****** - $40,****** al mesBeneficios:- Horarios flexiblesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Uso de mascarilla y respetar sana distanciaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tiene visa y pasaporte vigente?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 75 % (Obligatorio)
